Bente Hansen is one of Denmark's leading ceramicists. Her innovative hand-built studio stoneware ceramics have long enjoyed international acclaim and her vessels are to be found in several international collections, such as the Victoria and Albert Museum London, The Palmer Museum of Art, Pensylvania Museum fuer Kunst und Gewerbe, Germany and leading collections in Scandianvia. In the UK Bente Hansen has exhibited at The Oxford Gallery, Galerie Besson, London, Contemporary Decorative Arts Sotherby’s, London, Scottish Gallery, Edinburgh, curated by Cultural Connections CC, Collect 2005-6 V&A London and Connections Henley on Thames.Collect in the Country 2006 Henley on Thames (Cultural Connections CC)
