Cultural
Connections CC
was founded in 1998 by Birthe Fraser to promote Danish / Nordic Applied
Art in the UK, a natural progression from more than a decade as Cultural
Attaché to Denmark's London Embassy and with a professional background
as an archaeologist of the ancient Middle East with particular knowledge
of ceramics, faience and glass.
Cultural Connections CC combines an expertise
in the Nordic applied art traditions with a knowledge of the actual production
techniques ancient as well as modern and can also provide curatorial and
adjudicating as well as an advisory service.
Cultural Connections CC has a full yearly exhibition
programme information on which can be found in the Diary section.
